Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before accessing or playing Grand Chess 3D ("the Game", "the Application", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, installing, or playing the Game across web browsers, mobile web, or native app stores, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or play the Game.

• Standard & Variant Rules: The Game supports International FIDE chess rules as well as optional national variants (such as Indian Desi / Shatranj rules). Rules governing valid moves, check, checkmate, stalemate, and piece promotions are strictly enforced by the game engine.
• Takeback & Undo Policy: In single-player and training modes, undos may be permitted using virtual currency or active VIP passes. Players may take back their own preceding move before an opponent responds; players cannot undo an opponent's completed move. In competitive peer-to-peer multiplayer matches, takebacks and hints are disabled to preserve competitive integrity.
• Prohibited Conduct: Players agree not to use external game modification tools, automated injection scripts, memory editors, or exploits intended to manipulate virtual balances, match outcomes, or disrupt other players.

3. Virtual Currency & Digital In-Game Items

Grand Chess 3D offers optional virtual currency ("Coins") and digital entitlements (such as "VIP Ad-Free Pass" and "Club Master Pass"):

• No Real-World Monetary Value: Coins and VIP Passes are virtual items licensed solely for personal entertainment within the Game. They cannot be exchanged, redeemed, sold, or transferred for real-world currency, goods, or financial value.
• Finality of Purchases: All purchases of digital items, passes, and coin bundles made through Google Play or certified payment platforms are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law or platform policy (e.g., Google Play refund policy).
• License: Purchases grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use virtual items within Grand Chess 3D.

4. Intellectual Property

All software code, 3D models, 2D vector illustrations, sound effects, audio commentary, visual designs, brand names, and logos associated with Grand Chess 3D are the proprietary intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Game without prior written authorization.

5. Peer-to-Peer & Offline Multiplayer

Grand Chess 3D provides offline hotspot and local QR code multiplayer using direct peer-to-peer (WebRTC) protocols. Connectivity depends on local Wi-Fi, hotspot signal, and hardware compatibility. We make no warranty that local peer-to-peer connections will function uninterrupted across all third-party routers or network configurations.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Game.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to update, modify, balance, or temporarily suspend features, themes, rule variations, or virtual item offerings at any time to enhance the game experience and maintain server health.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
